Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund or transfer for the D2C Insider AI Bootcamp - a paid, live, online programme with a small, capped cohort. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
01Why the cohort is different
Seats are strictly limited. When you reserve one, another founder cannot take it, and our preparation - curriculum tailored to attendees, facilitator time, and cohort setup - begins well before the dates. Our refund windows reflect that.
02If you cancel
To request a cancellation, email events@d2cinsider.com from your registered email. The refund depends on how far ahead of the cohort start you cancel:

| 7+ days before | Full refund, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges. |
| 3–7 days before | 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next cohort. |
| Under 72 hours / no-show | Non-refundable, but your seat is transferable (see Section 4). |
03If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a cohort, or reschedule it and the new dates don't work for you, you'll receive a full refund automatically - or, if you prefer, a seat in the next cohort. We'll confirm the choice by email.
04Transferring your seat
Prefer not to cancel? You may transfer your seat to another eligible person up to 72 hours before the cohort begins, at no charge. Email us the substitute attendee's details. One transfer is permitted per registration.
05Digital access & recordings
Where a registration includes digital materials or session recordings, those become non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, even if the cash portion is otherwise eligible for a refund.
06How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- They are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
- Refunds are made in INR for the amount paid. Applicable GST is handled per tax rules.
