These Terms govern your registration for and participation in the D2C Insider AI Bootcamp (the "Bootcamp") - a paid, live, online programme operated by D2C Insider ("D2C Insider", "we", "us"). By registering, paying, or attending, you agree to these Terms.
01Who can register
The Bootcamp is intended for founders, operators, and professionals aged 18 or over. You confirm that the details you provide at registration - including name, email, phone, and company - are accurate and belong to you. A seat is personal to the registered attendee unless transferred under Section 6.
02Registration & payment
- The price shown at checkout is set by us and is inclusive of GST, charged in Indian Rupees (INR). A GST invoice is provided for your records.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Early-bird and promotional prices are time- or seat-limited and may change or end without notice. The price applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time your payment succeeds.
- Your seat is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email.
03The programme
The Bootcamp is delivered live and online across two days. Session dates, timings, curriculum, facilitators, and included materials are described on the Bootcamp page and may be refined for quality. We will give reasonable notice of any material change to dates or format.
04Changes, rescheduling & cancellation by us
Seats are limited. If we reschedule or cancel a cohort - for reasons including insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or events beyond our control - we will notify registered attendees by email and offer either a transfer to the next cohort or a refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
05Cancellation & refunds by you
Requests to cancel or transfer your seat are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
06Seat transfers
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another eligible person up to 72 hours before the cohort begins, by emailing us the substitute attendee's details. One transfer is permitted per registration.
07Course materials & intellectual property
- All Bootcamp content - including sessions, slides, templates, recordings, and workbooks - is owned by or licensed to D2C Insider and provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not record, reproduce, resell, publicly share, or redistribute the materials or session recordings without our prior written consent.
- Work you create using the templates during the Bootcamp remains yours.
08Code of conduct
We expect a respectful, professional environment. We may remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or unlawful, or who shares access with others, without refund.
09No guaranteed outcomes
The Bootcamp is educational. It shares tools, methods, and templates, but we do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, or growth outcome. Results depend on your own execution.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your registration or participation is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By registering you consent to receive Bootcamp-related communication by email and WhatsApp; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
